KOSMOBERKH's EP „Urbild“ is a compilation of 3 instrumental work in progress songs. „Reproduktion der Leere“ and „Ein ferner Blick“ are pre-versions of songs later to appear on „Dim Nachttag“. „Urbild“ is the oldest of all three tracks. It was written in 2008 and was the first song to be played at the original live appearance at Craftwork Café.

„Urbild“ marks the beginning of long time collaboration with sound enginner and subsequent bandmate Alex Pojda. It was recorded in Alex' former student's flat called 1/34 Studios in Johann-Justus Weg. Exploring his technique skills and style in sound Alex would later drop 1/34 and start Holodeck Studio.
